Saw that on FB. Very odd, like what if he has to stop!

I would like to get a golf buggy type vehicle to just drive around Kampot in. Electric vehicle so cops don't care, like they do anyway.

loads of little three and four wheel electric buggies all over the place now even in Kampot and I seen one away in the middle of know where on the road from Chhuk to Kampong Trach...cycled it the other week.. loads of roadworks...
Anyone else on the Cambodia Road safety Group on Telegram its quite interesting, sometimes gruesome accident photos and videos of bad driving a lot seems to be about stopping on the wrong part of the road. This frightening video was posted a few days back
