Why SUZUKI is far superior to HONDA.
Is it true they have stopped selling the Suzuki axelo new. I sold mine 9 months ago and just returned and told they are no longer available

The Suzuki Stealership on 271, close to Phnom Penh Sports Club has a fuckton of new ones sitting outside, so I'd say they are still available new.
gave OMC a call at 271 st and they said no more. What smash model would people recommend, I really liked the extra bit of power the Axelo had.

I am in in Sihanoukville so it is a bit of trip to check if they have or not. Totally agree relying upon not hab is silly thing for cambodia. On another note my girlfriend brought a Suzuki Smash Fi. (which I rode but did not like the feel of as much as my axelo, and the motor vibration seemed greater too) I made the mistake of trying to change gears to find the underside of the gear shifter to be designed like a cookie cutter. I just can't get out of the habit of using the front selector as opposed to my heal like the Khmer do. Off to the market for a new gear shifter or a rubber pad/cover I guess.
Always wanted to open a restaurant in Cambodia called 'not have' but 'not hab' is much better, I would obviously have 300 plus things on the menu and not hab any of them.

Sadly, this idea has been done to death here. Even went to a not hab-themed restaurant for lunch today. 20 page menu. Tried ordering three times and each time was told they didn't hab. I would instead do something that has never been done here before, like say, opening a coffee shop in BKK1. You'd make a fortune.

Correction 1: My Japanese Wave must mean my Super Cub (my only bike to have more than 100,000 km). I must have mistyped, Waves don't exist in Japan. Fun fact though, that same Super Cub now has 180,000 km.
Correction 2: The rocker arms in the Suzuki ended up actually being the same, exhaust and intake. The numbers seem to be production run markers. My mistake.
Correction 3: Not really a correction but a note, the exterior castings of the Honda Wave 100s is different than the Super Cub 100 motors. Internally they are identical, so most parts swap over, but on the outside they look very different. Waves are also fitted with revised electronics in newer models too, so not all off the parts are a direct interchange from the 1986 Super Cub.

They seem to have a confusing array of Smash/Viva bikes: Smash V115, Smash Viva, Smash Fi, which all seem to be the same bike.

So are the other Honda engines just as dire as the original Dream engine, with silly design features etc? Does the Icon/Scoopy engine have the same filter/strainer setup as the Dream engine or does it have a proper filter?
