I went to about 10 shops around the Russian Market area that had several FTR's, but none had any idea where to get the rear carrier rack.
I've found several Japan sites selling them, but I've not yet shipped anything in to Cambodia. It's an easy part to install.
Thanks for the help!
Any place in PP that would have a rear carrier rack for FTR

The lady that manages "Best Bike Shop" had one of her employees track one down for me in about 10 minutes. It was used, good quality (legit Honda?) part as it's much more solid and larger than most of the racks you see on FTR's here. Perfect fit. $60 and a bit of paint to get it looking like new.

I went to this place about 3 weeks ago looking for exactly the same thing, the girls there barely looked up from Candy Crush to shrug when I asked about racks, and there was no 'management' to be seen.holidayinkh wrote:The lady that manages "Best Bike Shop" had one of her employees track one down for me in about 10 minutes. There's plenty of generic racks at various markets, but there's a couple of FTR's around town with nice discreet racks that look consistent and OEM.
I'll second BBS as a place that can find extras like that for your moto.
Try again, epidemiks? Maybe you hit a bad time.

Will do. I'd seen recommendations elsewhere for BBS and was surprised by the experienceChuangt2u wrote:I'll second BBS as a place that can find extras like that for your moto.

Sorry for the delay in reporting back. I asked Bernie at Red Raid Cambodia (motorcycle tours) and he was able to find me a used one in good shape. $65 w/ paint. I also just had my FTR serviced there as I'd just bought it used from a local. No surprise, lots of things to fix, but was pleased with the service from Bernie and his team. A bit expensive, but felt like they really checked out everything on the bike, and used quality parts from outside of Cambodia (Italy, Thailand, etc...).
