Poll: (350 mpg goal) PP to Kampong Cham (125 km) on 1 litre.
Haven't been able to update for the last few days, something with my internet or something, however that stuff works.
Either or, 125 km/l broken already. 127.7 km/l (361 mpg, .783L/100km) done as of yesterday over an hour ride at 40-45 kph.
Dialed in the new motor, kept stock compression, pumped up the tyres, put in a colder plug, thinner oil and a few other minor things. Bike was borderline overheating though for the most part with the lean settings, so extra cooling required most likely.
Really anti climatic though, need a new challenge.

Have you tried removing a limb? (Preferable one you don't need, maybe the right leg?)
Less weight.
pew, pew, pew, pew!
Metric or US gallons?

Impressive work, AK. I'm actually surprised people doubted you could achieve it.
New Challenges:
1. Convert a super cub into a zero point energy / Tesla wireless electric moto.
2. Get 100km/l on black water from 105's tuk s'oi
3. Convert a Chaly to diesel.

I still haven't made it yet, but considering there's a few loose ends to tie up still, I'll probably make it with ease.
Maybe I'll try PP to Kg Cham and back and see how far I make it.

How did you measure the fuel use?
Start dry with a measured litre in a bottle attached and then run the full distance?

For measurement and accuracy sake, I drained the carburetor and removed the fuel tank altogether. I then hooked the fuel tap up to the only fuel source, the plastic bottle.
The plastic fuel tank I have has measurement markings on it. I filled it to 330 ml (almost max capacity) and ran it until the bike started sputtering. When it did, I pulled in the clutch and coasted to a stop.
I also checked the bottles accuracy against a medical syringe (10 ml) and filled up the bottle 33 times and it came almost exactly to the 330 ml indicator mark. I also filled up the bottle three times with a jerry can that had 1 litre in it, and it seemed to measure up almost exactly as well.
I reckon I have about a 1 percent margin of error (maybe 5ml).

Haha - nice! I bet it had the power of a pit pony
Haha - my money’s on Playboy
I was kinda serious about the diesel Chaly...
^^I've thought about a diesel CB125 before, but the biggest problem (to the point of making things stupid), is the sheer size and weight requirement of diesel engines parts needed to make it work.
I have a 418cc Yanmar sitting around and have played around with it on a stand, and the stupid thing is almost 50 kg by itself, not including any kind of gearbox. To make things worse, it makes just 8 horsepower at 3600 rpm, the powerband being from 1500-3200 rpm. Ridiculous gearing would be needed, and then I have little faith that any small motorcycle gearbox would take that kind of torque.
Essentially, it would be an ultimate FE machine with no real practical purpose, other than to be different.
Of course though, I really would like to make a diesel Vepsa one of these days. I think it would annoy the scooter crowd.
