Long and short of it is...

If you are doing it for personal use and want to do it legally... expensive to the point of stupid... unless you are a diplomat other have tax and duty exception. Speak to a relocation company like JVK or Asian Tigers for information.

Little or no chance of doing it Illegally.

For commercial... yes lots of people do it.. those that do it legally get fucked.. those that do it Illegally are cunts.
