Copying Contacts List from Outlook Question

Anyone know how to do this?

Most of my contacts are not saved but in a folder thingy called "Suggested Contacts". There are way too many to copy one by one but I'd like to get them on a hard drive.

Much appreciated.

Bit beyond my abilities, alas, but at least I'll be able to get someone else to do it for me hopefully using your info. Outlook 2010 it is.

Cant you use the export option in outlook.

about half way down the page is the export bit.
