Hello
When i was in riverside i took my Samsung S6 to be repaired at a "samsung shop" as the charging port wasn't working, they fixed that ok, but now the signal on the phone is so weak i can hardly get a signal anywhere to make or receive calls, well apart from in their shop for some reason, so typical.
Anyway despite me taking exhaustive measures testing it to get them to fix it and prove they have broken it they have consistently said there is nothing wrong, which i know there is and they must have damaged/disconnected something inside.
So to cut a long story short I have had enough of them and i need to get the phone repaired and if someone knows somewhere they could reccomend it would be very helpful.
I am in the Tuol Kok / Khan Tuol area, but willing to travel as im getting desperate to sort this out.
Thanks in advance.
Robin
Can anybody recommend a reliable, trustworthy phone repair shop in PP please?
It's commonly said that those places swap original parts with cheaper Chinese ones. Maybe they replaced the internal antenna.Robin456 wrote:they have consistently said there is nothing wrong, which i know there is and they must have damaged/disconnected something inside.
Hakse does repairs and have a good reputation but you would need to travel.
Good luck!
Bless
It may be the same shop as you've tried but the one I go to and trust is on Street 13 somewhere between 110 and 130. Big blue Samsung sign and two or three shops next to eac hother all owned by the same guy. Hard to miss.
I think it is the same shop, on the corner by Monsoon Hotel and Angry Birds Bar?
I think I will give Hakse a trynext then, unfortunately i went to the official Samsung Shop and they wouldn't touch it as I didn't buy it in Asia.
I was reading that Samsung have ultra sonically welded the antenna to the main frame on the S6, i think its possible that they have broken the weld, not realized it and im not even sure if ordinary welding will fix it.
Thanks for the advice guys. The quest goes on......
