Thanks to Arnstar and again Alexandra for your replies. And info!
I will reply, but right now I’m not up to it. I have worked on this seemingly forever, presently I am exhausted.
But I’m not done!

Sounds like it's time for new iPads. After a few years, they stop working well, especially once they can't handle the most recent updates.

OK, First, examples of unauthorized changes to my iPad: 1. A photo was added to my iPad, and for sure I didn’t add it and forget it. 2. A financial institution I access online was hacked- I regularly change my security settings, and the last time I did so, I tried to login a few hours later and found myself locked out. That was no mistake; I am meticulous. 3. I can’t change my Apple ID- I posted about this on another forum, I got a reply that doing that could cause ‘serious problems,’ although there was no explanation given. I can’t access my Google account; the password was changed, even with two methods of 2FA enabled, I can’t get in- believe me, I use the 2FA, and get a ‘sign in approved’ message, but I cannot sign in! 4. My email was deleted prior to 28/12/2019, and a few days later it was deleted prior to 5 February of this year. 5. I have two iPads, I erased them both simultaneously (Settings->General->Reset->Erase All Content & Settings, *not* Reset all Settings) and a few days later I did a Manual Reinstall (not from backup) and as I can’t Reinstall both of them at the same time, I got a message on the one I was working on saying that the one I *hadn’t* reinstalled was being used for FaceTime (which I’ve never used) and iMessage, too.delete wrote: ↑Sun May 10, 2020 1:45 pmcan you give us a clue what the symptons are that causes your concern
OK, there’s 5 examples of unauthorized access, but there’s seemingly no connection between them.
When I did my reinstall, I got a message when I put Gmail back on my tablet that something bad was being installed with it. I’m concerned that if I erase All Content & Settings again, I’ll have difficulty doing a reinstall this time. With IT, I’m not a beginner, neither am I an expert.
‘After a few years, they stop working well,’ you say. I’ll take your word for it, although that hasn’t been my experience.techietraveller84 wrote: ↑Tue May 12, 2020 3:00 amSounds like it's time for new iPads. *If* new hardware is the solution, I would go to a neighboring country- I think I could get a better product and service there. But, borders are closed, so much for that.
I’ve been to two Apple Service Centers in P.P., no help there.
If someone can recommend a *quality* computer shop in P.P., please do. Otherwise, I’ll have to find one... if possible.
Apple has been sued and forced to compensate victims after they were caught slowing down older phones. Apple claimed that they slowed down older models in order to preserve battery life but if they were really concerned about battery life then they would have designed their phone with removable batteries.
