That’s pretty good/funny. Let’s keep “The Ice Bucket Challenge” in context as well, that it was “for a good cause”, and literally millions of people posted stupid videos just like this, including many of the most famous celebrities in the world. I think he did a great job here with his.
That would me like us making fun of someone having fun and doing Movember to raise money.
What an Arse. That's what happens when you are living in a "Marijuana Cloud" and lost all sense of Reality. Hope they give him a nice time in the local State Pension and than deport and blacklist him. Good riddance.
Theres a marijuana cloud now?
Is that like perma stoned in cyberspace.
LOL

LOL
Slap on the wrist, small fine and that’s it I reckon.
pew, pew, pew, pew!
This is the same fellow who was cycling around at night in drag in the hopes of enticing the bag snatches out in public so they could be caught. Definitely a character
Technically foreigners should be deported and permanently blacklisted but they're being tried by the courts instead.
It looks like it's being taken more seriously and won't be a slap on the wrist. 2 Chinese guys are being prosecuted for breaching the quarantine also in Kampot.
Here's the court in Kampot where Steve Kaske is also going:
Millions of people posted videos of themselves doing the ice-bucket challenge. Most managed to do it without baring their ass to the world.Miguelito wrote: ↑Sun Apr 18, 2021 9:52 pmThat’s pretty good/funny. Yeah some guy on FB commented he’ll be deported and he usually get it’s right, although he’s slightly anti barang.Alexandra wrote: ↑Mon Apr 19, 2021 3:41 pmTechnically foreigners should be deported and permanently blacklisted but they're being tried by the courts instead.

Looks like at least Phnom Penh has decided not to enforce the law previously passed with the big words like "deportation" and "blacklist".
I am really not sure anymore what they are doing. There's discrepancy with almost every announcement they make.
This just in:
https://www.akp.gov.kh/post/detail/230763Any individual who intentionally violates the administrative measures taken by the Phnom Penh Municipality to prevent the spread of COVID-19 pandemic and other severe and dangerous contagious diseases will be fined from 2 million Riel (US$500) to 5 million Riel (US$1,250).
According to a decision of Phnom Penh Municipality, the offenders will have 30 days to pay their fines. If they fail to do so, they will be sent to court.
If the violation causes COVID-19 transmission to others or seriously harms the public health, the offenders will also face a jail term, the source added.
The administrative measures include travel restrictions, ban of gatherings, lockdown, curfew, trade of risky goods or a transmission source of COVID-19, and so on.
Maybe Kandal will process him differently - like with those 2 Chinese guys.
Those Chinese guys were also driving a van with police plates, insignia on the bonnet and lights. They conveniently had one of the perps blocking the plate in the arrest pic, otherwise the locals would go beserk.Alexandra wrote: ↑Mon Apr 19, 2021 3:41 pmTechnically foreigners should be deported and permanently blacklisted but they're being tried by the courts instead.
