After no charges were brought, the car and the Chinese nationals were released on the afternoon of November 30.Orichá wrote: ↑Thu Dec 02, 2021 6:39 pmCorruption at its finest. Unbelievable. Like cockroaches they keep popping up. Future generations will face the consequences of this new money (and people) that floods the country.... The Chinese are untouchable and act accordingly. An economic invasion instead of an armed invasion however results will be the same.
Drugs, gambling, prostitution, slavery, extortion and near weekly traffic accidents. They sure are a great guest!

In Sihanoukville, where I am, there are three, maybe four types of Chinese, the super-rich gamblers who can buy visas and travel easy, the hoodlum gangsters running the casinos (and they all look the part, believe me) and their poor forced-labor slaves, and the fourth, smallest group, some ordinary Chinese expats perhaps with a business of some type like a resto, along with a handful of prematurely retired young couples with oodles of sketchy cash....

In Snooky there are two types of expat. The quick to judge and the utter shit-bags.
Literally anybody with a few quid and a grasp of Khmer can cross the Lao border really
Even that English scumbag and the crack whore chick managed it earlier this year, albeit in the opposite direction
Don't worry. Soon we won't hear news like this anymore as it will be labeled "fake news". The Chinese censorship brigade has arrived:

Cambodia, soon a Chinese province. Sold out like a cheap hooker. I wonder how many Khmer are still proud of their country.

Though, when sufficiently "educated", the local press will certainly understand the importance to adhere from publishing items other than praising the superior political system. Hmmm, where do we know that from ? WdP ?
Don’t try that that old chestnut.
