Captured evidence: After preliminary tests, the results showed 21 large pieces and 22 small tablets of cocaine (total 43 pieces) attached to fabric by sewing clothes with a total weight of 4356 grams (including Plastic).

The suspect is being sent to the Phnom Penh Municipal Court.

The abolition of the act means it is not longer mandatory to execute people; the judge still has the option to incur the penalty.
