I know nothing about sishas, never smoked one. However, the authorities regularly raid internet cafes where schoolkids are bunking and playing games. The hardware is confiscated, and a few weeks later the place is back in business, bribes duly paid.scobienz wrote:I think i was wrong. This looks pervasive and permanent. Many of the places that have been raided have had their pipes confiscated and that hardly suggests this is something that is is going to go away after a few days noise: I can't see the police quietly restoring the pipes to the bars.
About e-cigs - are they the plastic sticks that smokers who are trying to quit use? I don't see any connection to sishas, so presumably it refers to something else - what??
