-On the afternoon of the 27th of February, 2014, police and authorities, going after the various shisha places in Daun Penh District, entered the Apocalypse and were surprised by the sight of a large number of mostly underage boys and girls drinking, dancing and enjoying themselves when they were supposed to be in school.

Some bureaucratic twat sees a way to skim money and you think it a good thing.
There will be no monitoring to ensure anything happens or doesn't happen. And if they did find x something untoward that would of course be solved by a bribe.

I was in Harem in PP a few weeks ago and about half the people in there were female, also most the people who smoke them in SHV that I know are girls. As it is flavored it's really not like smoking cigarettes.Lucky Lucan wrote:So it's just another clamp-down on students skipping school. I wonder if many girls have been smoking these evil "Shisha" hookah pipes? That would be unusual, it's very rare to see any females in Cambodia smoking tobacco.
