I stand with stop thinking on this one.
Long time ago a bank taller gave me too much, long story short I came back in the early evening to hand back what wasn't mine to a very relieved and sweaty bank clerk. They had no mean of telling who it was given to but the amount involved would have meant for the bank girl to work several months without a pay check.
I don't count how many times a month do I have to correct a cashier mistake that isn't in my favor.

Well, what do you expect from a load of dumb idiots??? As for being under charged, what about the time that we are being over charged!!!! Even if it is only 100 riel, and yes it happens all the time, especially at servo's where the pump reads Dollars, you pay in Dollars and you get Riel back. (short changed every time )I don't count how many times a month do I have to correct a cashier mistake that isn't in my favor.

Different situations with different people
i) bank teller giving too much money and Lucky Cashier who under charge
ii) servo attendant who short change you some Riel
Should you punish a bank teller or Lucky cashier because some servo attendant short change you?
Even if a Lucky cashier does short change you, they may not be the same Lucky cashier who will give you too much change.
Once Again... the decision of what you do in this situation is up to you...

Back to hypermarket
Is this going to be a French-style hypermarket that covers 4 city blocks and has parking over 4 more, and in which you can find everything from hamster harnesses to thermite welding buckets and every single type of cheese in between?

Yeah, except you'll be able to buy cigarettes in this one.
Romantic Cambodia is dead and gone. It's with McKinley in the grave.
If your change is precisely dollars, tell them you want dollars. Otherwise, here's a revolutionary idea: Ask for USD$X of petrol, give them precisely USD$X, avoiding both the high blood pressure and necessity of using multiple question marks. Everyone wins.Biker wrote:Well, what do you expect from a load of dumb idiots??? As for being under charged, what about the time that we are being over charged!!!!
