We heard recently about the cat lady of Street 172 who was killed by a hit and run accident. Here is her Sihanoukville equivalent, a decent western expat called Andi who seems to have taken it on himself to take care of (so far) sixty stray cats.

It's good news barang story from SHV. :thumbsup:

It's great that he's getting them neutered, but cats live for a long time anyway. So much for the natural wildlife anywhere within 500m of that guy.

For some obscure reason cats get a carte blanche to laze around, torment and kill the local fauna, trespass and treat humans with disdain. To have dozens of cats is pretty selfish really, when you think about it
