I wonder if he drowned soon after he went missing (and was only just found) or if he had been wandering about for a week before he died. Sad story either way.

Na HongKyu reported to the authorities that the victim is called Lee Kyusung [លី ឃ្យូសុង], male, was 66 years old and a South-Korean national, was unemployed [retired, I assume?*] and left the house on 5 December 2016 and had been missing ever since.
