Romantic Cambodia is dead and gone. It's with McKinley in the grave.

It's ironic though that the much vaunted and mysterious Press Club of Cambodia is now tweeting like mad about the horrors of it. Where have they been while Khmer journalists have been suppressed?

I'd imagine if it were a PPP or KT journalist in the spotlight, they'd be also engaging in their own respective handwringing.
Sorry. You're right. They haven't tweeted. It is their president who has tweeted a lot on his personal account.

I don't see why that's hilarious, he is the Minister of Information and often makes press statements, and is also a former journalist. He was jailed in 1990 for his subversive reporting but later came back into favor.epidemiks wrote:

Hilarious in that an honorary lifetime member of the OPCC would dox a fellow journalist and member of the OPCC.
I find it hilarious, at least.
Which newspaper does he own?epidemiks wrote:He still owns a newspaper as well, doesn't he?Lucky Lucan wrote:I don't see why that's hilarious, he is the Minister of Information and often makes press statements, and is also a former journalist.
