Chinese Man (With Rolls-Royce) Arrested for Armed Robbery
Sihanoukville: On June 22, 2018, at 22:00, the specialized office received a complaint from, a 31-year-old man who was lured to a robbery by 4 men after using Vchat "Wechat".
The victim lost: - $ 500.00 - 1 driving license - 1 vehicle identification card Sheet - One copy of Khmer nationality card.
After receiving the complaint. The Criminal Police Corps has cooperated with the Inspectorate and the Special Investigation Specialists to investigate. At 23:00 they found the suspect drinking at CASA Club in Village 4, Sangkat 4, Municipality / Sihanoukville.
Police force arrested suspect Li Ker Xing, a 24-year-old Chinese national.
Evidence seized: - $ 500 Dollar (Victim's) - Short .38 SWPL handgun (Made in USA). And a Rolls-Royce (?)
The other three suspects are Chinese, and still at large..

The Chinese here don't own any of these cars, they rent them from high rolling Cambodians, complete with lucky or military plates. Confidence scams is the name of the game.
I would guess that not returning the cars in chipper condition is what lands half of them on the pin board behind the customs officials at the airport.

I do think chinese do own those cars.
And to add to this story, the brave 'taxi' guy is a runner for the chinese (for administration papers mostly), so they gave him 500$ to run some errands, being khmer smart, he didn't fulfill what he was asked for and kept the 500$.
So the chinese contacted him under an alias pretending to need his services, and the following happened. Then he went to cry to "authorities" that chinese in a RR robed him
