New online system to register for vaccination queue
A new online system has been launched for volunteers who wish to register for the national Covid-19 vaccination queue. The system is available only in Khmer language but foreigners may register the same way through the help of Google Translate or somebody who can read and write Khmer.
To register for the national Covid-19 vaccination queue simply register an account at https://cambodia-vaccine.gov.kh/patient/create or download the Android app.

Bringing the news. You stay classy, nas, Cambodia.
It would depend on the vaccine available and future demand in international travel. I prefer not to take any vaccination but when forced at least one that was not invented by the same country who also spread the virus. Call me paranoid but the Chinese play a long game so not sure what "side effects" might pop up over the years to come.

https://www.akp.gov.kh/post/detail/228052All foreign diplomatic corps, UN agencies, international financial institutions and international non-governmental organisations (INGOs) in Cambodia will be among the priority groups to get the newly-arrived AstraZeneca vaccine.
Speaking at a press conference held here at Calmette hospital this morning after getting his first dose of AstraZeneca vaccine, Samdech Techo Hun Sen said apart from the local officers and general public aged 60 years and older in Phnom Penh capital, and Kandal and Preah Sihanouk provinces being seriously affected by COVID-19 pandemic, all foreign diplomats, UN officers, staff at international financial institutions such as IMF, WB, ADB and INGOs in Cambodia will have access to AstraZeneca vaccine.
Other foreigners residing and working in Cambodia will also be vaccinated free of charge at different stages along with the Cambodian people, Samdech Techo Hun Sen underlined.
The Premier also took the opportunity to call on all Cambodian students, who have to study abroad, to get vaccinated.
Currently, the priority groups to receive COVID-19 vaccine are front line medical doctors and nurses, armed forces, journalists, garbage collectors, and so on.
Cambodia started the vaccination programme against COVID-19 on Feb. 10, three days after receiving the first batch of Sinopharm vaccine. Up to Mar. 3 evening, 125,668 people, both civil and armed forces, across the country have been inoculated.

So funny: the foreigners are being told they'll get the Astrazneca, the Cambodians (edit: not the VIPs, obviously), the Chinese one. The market talk is the Chinese one is not to trusted.

Pretty simple process. Now let's see what happens - if anything.

When the news came out the translation was “living and working” but the Australian embassy says “living or working”, which sort of makes sense - why discount retirees!ផោមក្លិនស្អុយ wrote: ↑Fri Mar 05, 2021 5:24 amDidn't see that. Who would know what it actually means?.
Khmer language is often extremely ambiguous with details like this.
So many of directives just aren't specific. One of the recent instructions (I think from ministry of education) about meetings said no more than 20-25 people...what is it? no more more than 20? no more than 25? If 25 why even mention 20?
So living and working, living or working...
Why not just say living? Or just say working?
Can you even work here without living here?

Maybe they mean minimum 20 max 25. So if you’re short on friends and only 19 turn up you’ve got to cancel.
