Some people don't give a shit about the people around them, as long as they can enjoy eating caviar on their balcony.

They're struggling due to the curfew? 10 years ago you wouldn't find a Cambodian out on the street after 8 PM. Sorry your gf on street 104 can't work though.
(Red zone lockdowns, lack of tourists, etc, is a different story)

Looks like Cambodia will be just fine out of this crisis, but I wouldn't break the curfew at any time, surely.
I wonder if we are fine because they cannot / won't test more than the average 400 cases discovered each day or infection is really going down. It also seems many let their guard down, it is getting more crowded at the park in evenings. Maybe due to the misguided principle they got their shot and think they are now immune. It doesn't work that way and poses more risk to those who had no shot yet.

It's like some people practice being uninformed.YellowFlu wrote: ↑Thu May 20, 2021 3:17 pmI wonder if we are fine because they cannot / won't test more than the average 400 cases discovered each day or infection is really going down. They have done about 50k tests over the past 3 days.
As a matter of interest, how did they up the number? I remember reading something from the WHO a couple of weeks ago saying capacity was stretched at 6000 (PCR) tests.

Are wives and girlfriends now fair game on 440? That’s good news if so. I’ve been storing up some crackers ready for this new policy change.
PP City Hall confirmed today that the curfew will end at 2359hrs 26th May.
I'm not a negative person, I encourage people all the time...it's usually to f**k off! But, whatever.

For those of us with zero military experience what does this mean? Everyone can bust out at midnight or it ends just before midday?
Romantic Cambodia is dead and gone. It's with McKinley in the grave.
