Exactly this. H&M is aimed at students or people who can't afford designer brands who want something up to date / stylish. Nothing chavvy about it. Considering the amount of clothes made for H&M in Cambodias garment factories, I think they have at least 5 large factories if not more, it seems a surprise they didn't do it sooner. I'm sure it will do well.
