The version that KT's originally posted was only a draft and had not been signed off, there are several differences, the main ones being the required deposit amounts - the original stated $2000 for anyone required to pay it, but in the official directive it is only $2K for the unvaccinated with no pre-booked ASQ hotel, $600 for those with a VAPI Cert & no pre-booked ASQ hotel, and $1000 for Generals foreigners with no pre-booked ASQ hotel. The draft also stated that General Foreigners required the VAPGI certificate, which was wrong.lcenter wrote: ↑Sun Oct 17, 2021 2:01 amWhat's the difference, if any, between what KT reported and what PP is reporting?
The new directive still doesn't specifically have any mention of those re-entering on a valid multi-entry Visa Extension of Stay, although it is clear that they fall under General Foreigners category, this is going to cause some confusion and possibly issues at airlines check-in due to the mention of Work Permits, will be interesting to see what criteria is issued to airlines.
