WTB dried black beans

I went to the Indian dry goods shop near the central market but wasn't able to find any black beans there.

Is there a supplier for these in Phnom Penh?
A bar that has fridges has warm beer. A bar with ice bins can truly server ice cold beer. Also saves on you power bill.

Thai Hout or Supercheap. A slow cooker is your friend.

I tried Thai Hout and their dried bean selection is much reduced, I'll try out supercheap as I heard they have licorice.

The Chinese shops near Central market (street 136 I think) between 63 and monivong.

Language barrier but as long as you know what you're looking for wil be ok
