Anyone who doesn't like Capitalism is a pathetic loser. God bless the USA and no place else.
Why you say like this? ? ?DetroitMuscle wrote:no...you can't travel around Phnom Penh with vietnamese plates and papers with "no problem"

Of course you can drive a Viet bike around PP and Cambodia with no big problems regarding reg.
It's not hard to completely avoid traffic cops - and if they can see your reg plate it means they already stopped you, so you owe 5000R - no matter what lofty figures they quote and dire threats they make before you hand them the 5000R.

it does seem like there's been a lot of viet registered bikes on here lately.
Those who begin coercive elimination of dissent soon find themselves exterminating dissenters. Compulsory unification of opinion achieves only the unanimity of the graveyard.

hey guys,
we passed and stayed several days in phnom penh without any problems.
we also asked the guy at the border, and he tells us that we can travel everywhere in cambodia.
so it is no problem...

Legally if you have papers for it, you can ride in Cambodia, but you can still get in trouble for "no reason". My whole family of in laws are Vietnamese and between the 3 bikes they brought over from Vietnam recently, they all got them registered in Cambodia because the police will demand money from you regardless.
