Here's a great recipe for soy sauce eggs from David Chang's famed Momofuku in NYC -- it's for regular eggs but I see no reason it wouldn't work with quail eggs (just with an adapted cooking time, of course). Have used the recipe/method and it's great.venuslary wrote:I pickle them in soy source and green chili, very Good with wine or beer.

Have you thought of investing in a vacuum machine ? (basic , maybe $300, here , so cheaper in the Kingdom)

Nothing but an opinionated tourist. The Pope spends more time in countries than I do ! It is also not my place to comment on a gentleman's dress. A real 23 minute wonder, that obviously knows little about ovens and cooking in Cambodia.

perhaps the ppl who gave you the farm new something more than you?
just guessing >> you might want to read this too http://www.pnas.org/content/101/45/15857.fullIf they have eaten certain plants, although which plants is still in debate, the meat from quail can be poisonous, with one in four who consume poisonous flesh becoming ill with coturnism, which is characterized by muscle soreness, and which may lead to kidney failure.

Good job I keep them in boxes in a shed and feed them commercial quail food then.

With a bit of investment, time, canny farming and selective breeding, I've doubled production over the past couple of months.
This week I can offer eggs, balut eggs, frozen and fresh meat. Special rates to you guys, except for vladimir.
Free delivery to PP too. $5 to elsewhere, packed up in a styrofoam box and packed with rice husk.
