I'd imagine they'd use bleach or whatever to doctor the sticker, and stamps aren't at all difficult to forge.

I don't know what's sadder. The fact that someone is attempting to buy passports / visa or the fact that someone is prepared to sell their's for a pittance.

Before the Iranian was busted last year in Bangkok, going price for a good Book ( passport) that you could travel on was an average of $7-10,000
and it took up to 2-3 months to get one

for $100 LOL

It's always struck me as strange that, in a region famous for fraudulent, er, EVERYTHING why no one has thought to counterfeit visa's before. As sad as it is true there's a huge market of washed-up degenerates needing this service. The cambodian Visa ain't exactly hard to replicate and the staff at customs is useless.

I think he is from Belarus. Belarus means 'White Russian', like the drink. He went to Академия управления при Президенте Республики Беларусь (Academy of Public Administration) in Minsk. I checked it out on Facebook. A lot of the students look like this. Image
