This is a really good laptop, bought by my company new in 2014 (April) for nearly 1.400 USD, and I've used it for about 22 months myself. Now phased out due to its age. This laptop is quick, really quick. It'll boot into Windows within 10 seconds, any program will start within two seconds and the screen is the best I’ve used so far despite being a ‘glare type’ touchscreen. The screen is without a doubt ‘tablet quality’.
Price is 325 USD when brought back in original state as bought new.
The Notebook has one defect I know of: the arrow down key on the keyboard stopped working. No sure it’s dirt in the switch or the switch is broken.
I prefer to bring the notebook back into its original state before giving it to the buyer. That way you’ll be able to give it all (laptop, drives, etc) your own names, and it'll cost me no more than a few minutes of time to prepare it all and make sure nothing is left on the laptop… After the restore it’ll run Windows 8 with the metro interface by default, but you can update to 8.1 or WIN10 (not sure if the latter is still free) easily. I have never used the metro interface and have set the laptop to boot straight into the desktop and I’ve installed ‘Start 8’ to have a nice start button. You can get the laptop in this condition, but I will raise the price 25 USD in that case because I will have to manually remove files, remove programs with a license that I will continue to use on my new laptop, remove registry settings etc. etc. because I do not want any company data left on the laptop when selling it. This way you will get a ‘clean’ laptop with WIN81 with the latest updates and a start button booting into the desktop by default. It will save you work, but will cost me a few hours – hence the extra 25 USD.
It’s possible get a genuine Office 2010 (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, OneNote, Outlook) with this laptop – including DVD and original serial number at 100 USD extra. At 325 / 350 USD no office 2010 or any commercial programs (except for Start 8 (@ 350 USD) and WIN81) will be included.
Any non destructive testing is allowed, but the laptop is in Ratanakiri. It can be shipped to Phnom Penh for 10.000r.

If you want pictures, PM me, I will send them by e-mail. Pls notice the laptop is 26 months old, so not spotless, but it still looks very good. Most important: no visible scratches on the screen.

Won't be able to get free Windows 10, ended at midnight US pacific time on Friday. Had you upgraded to win10 earlier and rolled it back it would have had a digital entitlement to that OS for the life of the machine.

OK, so no WIN10 for free. WIN8 or WIN81 64 bits on offer only.Guac is Extra wrote:Won't be able to get free Windows 10, ended at midnight US pacific time on Friday. Had you upgraded to win10 earlier and rolled it back it would have had a digital entitlement to that OS for the life of the machine.
I have never considered changing to WIN10 actually, if it ain't broken, don't fix it... I don't like to fool around with my business laptop because I use 'm every day and reliability is more important than the newest Windows version to me. WIN81 does the job for me, with START8 as an addition it works like a charm and it has an excellent desktop environment.
