This was your model on amazon:Mèo Đen wrote:
when I check prices on the internet both brands are around the same price and the one the OP is selling is listed as $89.95 but of course that is without shipping etc. The De Bauer equivalent in Australia can be bought for $64.95.

They do look like good pans, and the prices are great! To be fair, the Mauviel is made with 25% thicker steel. 2.5mm vs 2mm.Mèo Đen wrote:

Thanks! Please keep me in mind if you go. I haven't been back to the states in over 7 years, and have no desire to anymore (other than seeing mom of course). If I do, I'd be happy to help you too. Cheers!Mèo Đen wrote:I haven't been back to Aus for about 5 years and TBH don't know when or if ever I will. However you never know and wouldn't mind bringing back a pan or two.

I have three Shun knives: paring, Chef's, and Santoku. Great knives. Yet more kitchen stuff my girlfriend and her family are not allowed to touch.Miguelito wrote:Can we start discussing knives instead of pans, that's way manlier, right?
