Mr. Mediterranean Restaurant was opened on 01.03.2017 after a major renovation which lasted approximately 3 months and our restaurant was completely renovated. previous name LE BON CAFE PUP.

We are serving mediterranean cuisine, Turkish cuisine, European cuisine and Asian cuisine. There are other western pizza and Turkish pizza, lahmacun, balloon bread, lavas and various mezes.

I want to sell it because I will return to my hometown (Turkey) to get married and start a new business partnership. Restaurant is still open and the staff wants to continue working. It does not have to be renewed because everything is new. can be serviced to 64 people at the same time.

Yeah, get out of that location, it's in the heart of the red light district, it's not for everyone. Get married and do well. It's a busy area, no doubt, most nights.

Strangely, when I was in W. Europe and young, dumb, and full of myself, the red light districts there were full of Turks.

And Bangkok has a large Muslim area right by their red light district. Quality falafel balls and couscous (Mediterranean Muslims) right next to Soi 4 Nana. I often saw well-dressed Muslims, apparently respectable "men of God/Allah" in the day time, who didn't stare at the scantily dressed girls.

May I ask if anyone knows the connection between the two? Is it just cheap rent?

Or is there some tenet or practice that allows Muslims to view the sins of another culture, and feel superior or something?

Or maybe harems don't really bother them, their sheikhs/leaders all have them?

Sorry for my ignorance, but I've noticed many Muslim areas right next to red light districts around the world.

Not judging Muslims, the world has many, many different customs.

Maybe they came from a repressed society and just enjoy being able to glimpse hot chicks from "Shaitan" now and again?

Or real Muslims are not to fear sin, and test themselves by walking freely amongst obvious sinners? Sorry, I don't get it.

Thinking about, is it a way to feel like a sheikh without paying for a real harem, haha? And harems are not haram (forbidden) in most Muslim cultures?

OK. It's part thinking process for me, when I write.

Basically, a lot of Muslims near red light districts, I think they like and know about harems. That is my opinion right now.

as for the sale you are selling a restaurant on the corner of GSM that you opened 7 months ago for $120,000? that is either an amazing joke or the meth has really gone to your head.

Sharky's a bar with over 20 years reputation here with a massive space went for a fraction of that. Bar Sito which was a beautifully done out place with 2 years of trade wanted $120,000. They ended up walking away with nothing but their A/C units.

Did you renovate it in gold? or more likely pyrite.

Face facts your restaurant is decent enough it knocks out some nice cuisine. but it is part of GSM which is on the verge of being knocked down. Your traffic is the flotsam of street 51 and GSM, containing among others, drunk Fins slashing their wrists, fat old tattooed dudes in wife beaters sipping 50 cent beers and toothless meth whores.

your business would be lucky to sell for $12,000. Good luck with the sale but quit dreaming that anyone will pay that price.

For selling a generic restaurant or bar in Cambodia for 120.000$ you should be having net profits of 4.000$-5000$ a month on your tax books. From what I have seen these businesses tend to sell for max the 3 years net profits forecast when they have been operational for a few years. If it's a recent bar with new interior and a good NET profit on the books, you might get 18 month of your current NET monthly profit plus something for for your equipment and furniture.
If you are not profitable you can barely get back the cost of the furniture and equipment.

For a 7month old business, let's assume you have 20k invested in furniture, fittings and equipment if you are making 1.500$ a month in net profits (after you paid yourself or a manager a decent salary) you could probably get 33-35.000$.

If you only have sales off the legal books and declared losses good luck getting anything more than the furniture, fittings and equipment.

Not saying he was involved with heroin, but when a Turk gets shot (or kebab skewered), I think of heroin.... maybe it was over Turkish pizzas.

A Turkish man was injured in both legs after an unidentified gunman approached and shot him. The shooting occurred on April 18, 2018 at 1:50am on St 49, Village 8, Sangkat Phsar Thmey III, Khan Daun Penh.

According to a witness, the victim was walking along Street 49, when a black Toyota Lexus drew up beside him and three or four shots were fired. Three shells were found at the scene.
The victim was identified as a 40 year old Turkish national called TUNCER DALKA and owner of the Turkish restaurant called Mr Mediterranean. He was transported to Royal Phnom Penh Hospital by tuktuk. His life is not in danger, but he is being treated for bullet wounds in both legs.
