The dill pickle season is back....Finally the right weather for growing dill....
1 sliced (ready for consumption in 6 weeks) and 2 whole (10 week wait) pickled today.....
Am using 50 grams of rooftop/balcony grown dill per tub rather than 40 grams this year.....
Cheers and a big thank you to all my loyal customers!
Just a reminder that dill pickles and pickled peppers (long yellow hot banana peppers) are now available at Neils. 2 dills and 2 peppers presently in there....
Pickling is as easy as 123 - a restaurateur should learn to make their own essentials.electrolime wrote: ↑Fri Sep 28, 2018 2:48 amI might be interested, just opened a new burger place. How much?

Dill pickles is not rocket science as you pointed out but there are a lot of different things involved with running a restaurant.....So many things to prep and organize and a lot of restaurants understandably prefer to outsource something like dill pickles.
My dill pickles are pickled with homegrown dill (my competitive advantage) from my balcony and rooftop which go from plant pot to pickling jar in roughy 30 minutes.
How do I get some?
I'm diabetic, so no sugar in the process, please.
I understand if you can't change things just for me.

I will be pickling dills next week...If you would like sliced without sugar (I use very little sugar normally) you will have to wait
30 days.
