Resume question
BB you will get used to the sarcasm on this site but basicly the guys mean well. In my view it is a waste of time searching for a job till you arrive. Things change from week to week and what was good then may be crap when you come back. It is worth being a bit choosey and giving the place a good search for work. Go around and talk to teachers who are here already. You cant miss them.

Oddly enough, this was Lee's last ever post.
As a tribute to him, I'm going to stop the thread here and just put his picture up.
My Khmer fiancee met Lee a few times. I'd been 'best man' at a couple of friend's weddings without really knowing the bride and it felt rather odd. Therefore, as I knew Lee would get on with my fiancee (he got on with everybody and they both had a Battambang connection - she being from there and he having worked there) I was determined that they should meet.
We did and quite a few times. Bophea adored Lee as much as everybody else did, but when I was very upset about his death yesterday she dealt with it in a very Khmer way. She told me that he was a lovely good hearted man and we shouldn't grieve as surely 'he'll be happy to join his new life.'
Khmer's deal with death very differently from Westerners and I didn't appreciate what Bophea said yesterday.
Today it makes more sense.
