Does anyone know the % of Cambodian students who were already full-time in classrooms nation-wide before the P'Chum Ben Holiday? (Many schools remained closed, and others were only partly open.)
After the holidays expectations?
And, I know another thread talks discusses mandatory vax cards across a broad range of establishments, including schools, but as schools have a 'long-term' clientele compared to most places, I think including schools focused discussion in "the Staff Room" is warranted.
I think most schools are including student, teacher, and staff vax status in their records, if so, why the need to show cards every time a student enters the school grounds. IF required, a lot more cards will be lost. For a few students, young and older, schools reprint lost school ID cards almost every month, the real vax cards are not so easy to replace.
What % of schools open nation-wide
No idea about your first question, but to answer your 2nd...
Students, parents, teachers, caregivers, etc. are only required to present the vax card once, the schools are then to take a copy and record the info in a database...so no need to show every day.

I'm not a negative person, I encourage people all the time...it's usually to f**k off! But, whatever.
Seems the central government was peeved so many provincial and district level decision makers kept schools closed. The lower levels were listening to their friends, normal rich parents, and those parents were happy enough with good wifi, online private schools.
HE, praise his soul, seems to have been listening to UNESCO or similar advisors listing the reasons schools should open, and has mandated(?) all public and private schools open 1st November.
So this thread has a new date to consider: Let's say Wednesday 10 Nov, and ask again then what % of students are fully back at school. Any guesses?
