I've found this Youtube channel to be pretty good for improving my Khmer:
http://www.youtube.com/user/KMFCambodia

I just started watching one called VANISHED: Sexy Khmer Movie. Not bad so far.

For learning to read, Frank Smith's book is pretty good:

He also has his series of videos, called Extreme Khmer, up on YouTube:

A young guy called Limkorn has been teaching me for two years. He's so nice that I kept studying with him even though I attended the good IFL course at the same time... He also teaches someone who studies bachelor degree of Khmer literature, so he should be able to teach all levels. Unfortunately I gave his card to someone but I try to remember to ask his email address. Meanwhile, if you are interested I can give his phone number.
