You may want to try "Tong Heng Chinese Traditional Medecine Store" in Street 166, just 200m NE from O' Russey market. That shop seems to be quite famous around especially older Khmers. They make a fortune on herbs. In the 15 min I had to wait for Grandma her purchases, they easily sold for USD 500 on all kinds of non-western stuff. No speak English, as far as I noticed.
