I am 23 years older than my Khemer wife.We have been together for 27 years and I do not recall either of us ever speaking an angry word to each other or a serious disagreement.She is now a U.S. citizen and has lived in the U.S. for over 20 years.However we are thinking of heading back to Cambodia to spend some time there and see of we prefer living there or here.I am retired so we can live there or here without worrying about finding work.

Incidentally, I taught my kids to speak Danish. I don't think there is a single other person in Cambodia who did anything like that (with a smaller language, English/French is easy). Although I don't meet many foreigners, so maybe. I saw a German guy, but his children didn't even speak German.
