What did you have for dinner?
This food gives you cancer as well. But I'm happy to die that very slow death as long as it's perfectly cooked, like in this instance.

Today's Lunch
2 racks of Pork Ribs,
Dry rub consisted of - Garlic powder, Onion powder, Mustard powder, Chili powder, a sprinkle of black pepper and some salt.
Marinate consisted of - Sweet Soy, Oyster Sauce, Soy Sauce, Fish Sauce and a teaspoon of sugar.
Applied dry rub to ribs and waited 30mins, then applied marinate and waited 2hrs storing ribs at room temperature.
Slow Cooked ribs for 3 hrs at 135 degrees C,
Housemate cooked up some baked potatoes and a Tex Mex 3 bean mix.
All in all, it was a very successful meal.

I refuse to go out with nothing more than a whimper followed by a small farting sound and a shit stain on my bed sheets..
Just thought I'd share that with you.

This stuff looks really nice, did you get this served in Cambodia, or back home in Europe ?
Hopefully this link works-
I'm a great fan of Mutton but have not attempted to cook this as yet, I'll let you know how it went.

@busybee Those are pork stock cubes. From the brand Ajinomoto - Rosdee:
"RosDee cube is a bouillon cube seasoning that contains not only ‘real pork bone soup stock’ but also ‘Thai spices needed to cook soup."
Used to make Thai noodle soup, Gaeng Jeud and other dishes. Not sure how the Khmer kitchen uses it but similar use I assume.

Just had beans on toast for lunch.
Will probably have a fillet of smoked mackerel for dinner, cooked to perfection for 30 seconds in the microwave.
