I recently bought the kit to make proper sausages and have been playing around,
Yesterday I scored the insides of a pig + a bucket of blood and made up some black pudding and West Country lovely, lovely man, which were enjoyable.
lovely, lovely man in gravy- guess you'd have to be from a certain part of the world to appreciate this dish.
What did you have for dinner?
I refuse to go out with nothing more than a whimper followed by a small farting sound and a shit stain on my bed sheets..
Just thought I'd share that with you.
Just thought I'd share that with you.
Tonight it was Lamb Souviaki.
Minced lamb fried up with Rosemary and 6 finely chopped up pieces of garlic.
Add salt, pepper and a splash of oil to keep moist.
Half way through cooking toss the flat bread on top of the fry mix to absorb the oil and flavors.
When the lamb fry mix is cooked set aside to cool and finish frying up the flat bread in the pan.
Combine Sour Cream, Lemon Juice, Salt & Pepper as a dressing and set aside.
Lay out the flat bread and spoon a generous amount of fried lamb and cover with grated cheese - toss in microwave for 30 seconds.
After 30 seconds remove from microwave and cover lamb mince with Lettuce, Tomato, Sour Cream mix and a dash of Salt and Pepper to taste.
It's now ready to eat and enjoy.

Looks very nice indeed and fantastic value. This is in Europe? To be honest the photos don't do the subject any favours, all a bit washed out looking and lacking sharpness.logos wrote: ↑Fri Mar 01, 2024 6:40 amScoffer you seem to like posting weird recipes here, which is all fine and dandy.scoffer wrote: ↑Thu Feb 29, 2024 3:20 pmTonight it was Lamb Souviaki.

I agree the pics quality is lousy, that's the downside of having a cheap phone. But you get the idea
