That's an old article/ report from 2018. Can't be bothered to look into why critics were still calling for it to be published last year.
I just scanned it anyway, but I had already posted all the info it contains from independent sources in the original serious Brexit thread.
Interesting to note that those independent forecasts only had the North East as being hit with a -12% fall in growth, whereas the government report has it at a -17% hit.
I'm guessing the section that has been redacted is the one on the financial markets. Likely because they will be the only ones that stand to make huge profits out of Brexit.
