I am likely to stop over today or tomorrow.
Damn good idea. I like Rehabb, but they could really set themselves apart from the market if they stocked a few decent expat-oriented beers, like Guiness and Boddingtons etc. Expensive yes, but i'm sure they would sell well. Barry at Cavern proved that if you made an effort to get these decent beers in now and again, people bought them quickly.
Plus, if they stocked the Craft beers run by the guys who used to be involved at the US embassy, it would be the perfect venue. It has a good location, great facilities, good menu and great staff. Now get some decent beers and make it THE go to place.

US Embassy craft beers...
Maybe rename it Desert Eagle?

The are not US embassy craft beers you idiot. They are Craft beers, a company set up recently by a guy who used to work at the Embassy, and who now make a couple of great beers which are sold at some of the better places around town like Deco, Brooklyn and Exchange.
The point is that they could differentiate themselves even further, and get a wider loyal core audience, if they had stuff like those beers or occasional specials like Guiness, Leffe whatever.
It's moot for you, anyway. You couldn't afford them. I suspect those who go to Rehabb are less price conscious than those who hang out in Happy Pizza places buying 50 cent specials. They would be the kind to spend 3-4 bucks for a decent beer.

Alan
As said this in another thread the other day, but try the "Five Men" Cambodian Pale Ale coming out of a microbrewery in SHV.
I'm not sure who will be stocking it in PP but I hear its going to be fairly cheap. Its an excellent beer and equal, if not better, than the US Embassy stuff.

My posts are just jokes, maybe they're rude, offensive, and politically incorrect. They're not my opinion, viewpoint, idea, or judgement, but they're just fucking jokes so lighten up.

If you find out where they sell them GC, I'd love to try them. I miss a decent beer, hence my suggestion to Rehabb. What would they have to lose? Guest beers would make them money and set themselves apart from the bottom-swelling shitholes favoured by the 50 cent beer fans.

Here's the FB page for the craft beer guys than alanclark72 is referring to:
https://www.facebook.com/pages/Cerevisi ... 52?fref=ts
They are producing some great beers of a quality that would not be out of place in an English pub.
