Heineken fans going thirsty in Cambodia?
Some consolation for Attwood - they now have sole distribution rights for Corona Extra.

Corona and Heineken, both popular both disgusting.slavedog wrote:Some consolation for Attwood - they now have sole distribution rights for Corona Extra.

Corona is just about the bottle. Nobody gives a flying fuck what's in it. They don't even keg it. Dutch Heineken is much better.

The last batch of Heineken bottles we got delivered were 250 ml sized. They were also more expensive per ml.
Maybe we should kidnap Mr Heineken...

Yes, same with us. But our alcohol supplier promised new supplies 'from Vietnam' on Monday. I've no idea where it's brewed or what it will taste likedv8inpp wrote:The last batch of Heineken bottles we got delivered were 250 ml sized. They were also more expensive per ml.
I spoke to a manager at Atwoods and she seemed adamant that they would continue to fight the change of distribution rights, so the shortage of Heineken may continue for a while.
Corona is also in short supply. Atwoods reckoned that there should be some supplies 'soon'.
Corona seems to polarise our customers. Some refer to it as 'disgusting Mexican piss' whilst others won't drink anything else.
Yes, and having scrutinised the label, it appeared to be imported from Francedv8inpp wrote:The last batch of Heineken bottles we got delivered were 250 ml sized. They were also more expensive per ml.
Agreed. It would be nice if more bars stocked Becks.Captain Bonez wrote:Becks > Heinekengavinmac wrote:Right, also when I'm the US I usually order Bud Light, but if I go out to dinner at a nice restaurant and want to look sophisticated I'll order Heineken.
