Any good restaurants in SHV???
As the title suggests is there any good restaurants in SHV. I've been going every year for 10+ years and have yet to find a memorable restaurant that makes me want to go again. Don't mind splashing out for a place that offers good food, good location and good service but have never found such a thing. Used to like Luna D'Autunno but it's long since gone. So any hidden gems that can be recommended? Don't really mind cuisine type as I enjoy most.

KFC.
Seriously. Try that charity place Sandan (on the road to Sokha beach, although I suspect the very favourable reviews are garnered out of guilt from patrons) or Olive-Olive: good food and nice location by Golden Lions.
Or Bobi behind The Pizza Company on Ekereach St and then first left. Anyway it's near the CNRP party HQ and is popular with hip Khmer who ride Scoopys and MacBooks.

I want it. Don't care how much. Tell me how to get one.
PM me. (Not that picture of you again though)

Never bothered trying Sandan. I think the whole 'charity' thing puts me off for some reason. Not that I'm uncharitable it's just the fact they can serve what they like at what ever price and if it's crap they can say 'don't worry it's all for a good cause'. Like Friends in PP.

When I visit Shitsville I tend to bring food from Phnom Penh with me after securely wrapping it in ziplocks or other freshness maintaining devices. Canned goods if I am stuck there for over 2 days.
Why would you want to eat any food made by people who bathe in the same water they shat in earlier?

Kamasutra has good tandoori chicken, daal, and lamb. Olive and Olive has good steaks and pizza. Samurai has decent sushi (by Cambodian standards).

Yeah you know your life's all gone a bit Pete Tong when you end up living, and defending Shitsville.Petrol Head wrote:^ oh dear. Bileoboy is not going to like that one bit.
My posts are just jokes, maybe they're rude, offensive, and politically incorrect. They're not my opinion, viewpoint, idea, or judgement, but they're just fucking jokes so lighten up.
