Are you talking about the landowner? If he's collecting rent from Hooters, what's the problem?

This is the group that passed on Riverside Bistro.

Try to go cheap, look at the mess they're in now ...

Hooters would've been great, the decor is already like a TGI Friday's or a Hooters already.

Ah well, another one bites the dust. These fly-by-nights ... here today, gone tomorrow ...

The decor of Riverside Bistro is nothing like a TGI Fridays or Hooters, you porcine numptie.

It looks more like the interior of a cheap junk shop in a mid-western strip mall.

I hear that the property owner repossessed the space today due to non-payment of rent by Hooters. I also hear that Hooters owes money to the contractor.

I’m guessing no new news on Hooters in Phnom Penh.

In the meantime, a new Hooters is coming to Silom in Bangkok.

The project is dead. Work on the site stopped months ago, all the signage has gone, and there is almost nothing left for the landlord to rent out to a new tenant
