I had the lonestar fish and chips fairly recently and, sorry to say, i was very unimpressed.

Lone Star fish and chips was always pretty good, but I think the fish is breaded rather than battered.

Can’t find my record of what so disappointed me about my fnc from LS, but I know I didn’t like it. It was something to do with the fish.

At the moment my go-to-place for Fish and Chips is still The Box Office, on St244. Image

Anyone tried Ocean Box yet ? I see they have been up and running for a few weeks with $5 fish and chips and $2.50 fish baguette as 2 of the things on the menu.

I could go back and look, however I read each post in the thread in real time and I feel I should not be a victim of ageism or discriminated against for general disability (memory loss) on this new K440. Therefore, I am taking this opportunity to educate readers with regards what is downright blatant inconsideration and a severe lack of PCness.

The Ocean view Fish N Chip next to Madam Butterfly is owned by the fairly new Turkish restaurant on 136, opposite Alaska Bar or near it anyways....Never seen anyone order from either place...The Turkish place is pricey but has an interesting menu outside.
