Romantic Cambodia is dead and gone. It's with McKinley in the grave.
We have three different kinds at the moment, including Pacific Dory, Barramundi and Halibut, and you can choose fried or grilled for all three. We also have grilled salmon. On top of that we have calamari and fried shrimp - or get the fisherman’s basket to try them all.Lucky Lucan wrote: ↑Sat Jun 19, 2021 7:51 pmSounds good, I must drop by. What kind of fish do you use?
We’re located on street 308, just past Bassac Lane in front of Luigi’s:

Ah Luigi's... I'd actually forgotten about the place... famously the only decent eaterie in that whole area.
I'll be popping down this week.
I think they have lemons too.

They’ve been doing some construction and refurbishing, it’s looking really nice inside but they’re still closed at the moment. I think they should be reopening any day now. I’ll stop in later today to see how it’s going and report back. It’s great to see Luigi there very hands on, and we’re looking forward to getting his pizza back as well!Harry Monk wrote: ↑Tue Jun 22, 2021 9:07 amAh Luigi's... In the meantime, plenty of lemons on our side of the street
Happy to report that Luigi’s is open and looking great. Enjoy your pizza, and please feel free to drop in for a drink or two before or after your meal there (we have lots of cold beer, wine, cocktails, shots of patron), or just to have a look at our place.
We can even put a lemon in your Hoegaarden for you.

Is it the same Luigi who has a restaurant on 167 in Tuol Tom Pong?

Yea, the location on 308 is called Piccola Italia Da Luigi Pizzeria (but everyone calls it Luigi’s), and in TTP it is Luigi's Italian Restaurant.Lucky Lucan wrote: ↑Tue Jun 22, 2021 6:01 pmIs it the same Luigi who has a restaurant on 167 in Tuol Tom Pong?

To be fair he didn't say he drank the beer. Maybe he just likes the bottles.Miguelito wrote: ↑Fri Jun 25, 2021 10:34 amYou don't want to ask if they have beer Lao?Harry Monk wrote: ↑Tue Jun 22, 2021 9:36 pmThe Cove wrote: ↑Tue Jun 22, 2021 5:56 pmHappy to report that Luigi’s is open and looking great. That's the problem with liars, they forget which lies they have told and to whom.

Had the cove's fish (dory) and chips last night, not bad, decent piece of battered fish, good chips, id go back again
Drinks are nothing to write home about, they could probably save themselves a few bucks each day by not handing out weird mushy peas that no one eats and maybe increase the amount of chips instead, and the chef cooks the meals one at a time, so despite us all ordering the same thing, the food came out separately which is annoying when mine comes out and everyone else is finished or nearly finished.
