Deep cold water and incredibly fesh fish - Terakahi, Snapper and Hapuka some of the best eating fish in the world

Hey there bro. I had fush & chups in NZ a few times and whatever fush (maori names) i had just wasn't the same as your english style cod.
It's the cod that makes fush & chups great imo. Moist, not flaky.

I don't usually chime in on food posts....and maybe I have a biased opinion, but.......I would put Lone Star's fish and chips up against any in town.

As a stand alone meal lone stars were perfectly fine but real fish and chips they most certainly are not. The chips were not chips but american style fries which instantly discount them from the running. They need to be fat hand cut ones to qualify as real Chips.
