End-of-2019: Your Favorite (_____) Restaurant in Cambodia
I've tried keeping an informal group of friends updated on the best restaurants that are still in business over the years. Now that 2019 is coming to a close, I thought it would be interesting to get people's thoughts on what their favorite Cambodia eateries are. There are some categories that cross over with one another, feel free to add your own.

Cantankerous Curmudgeon
Seriously? That’s your favorite Western restaurant.
There is a Burgershag in PP now too. I heard that slavedog loves it.
Opinion is the key word here..
Have you're say.
I like Doors opposite the exchange, for western and inventive Spanish food and great cocktails.
Service sucks but great food.

Western: Metro Azura (TK)
Italian: La Volpaia
Mexican: Lone Pine
Indian: Sher-e-Punjab
Middle Eastern: They all close down after a year, pity
Thai: n/a, not a fan
French: I'd rather drink a pint of my own snot.
Chinese: Porkei (Monivong or Toul Kork, same menu & quality)
Sushi: Sushi Chef (But only TK or TTP, the two in BKK are shit)
Burger place: Lone Pine
Pizza: La Volpaia
Spanish: Doors
Khmer: Kravanh
Hidden Gem: Buffalo Sister (roast beef/pork/chicken)
There are obviously some really fantastic top notch restaurants at Sofitel, Rosewood, etc. among others, the list above is more every day 'go to' places at a reasonable price usually as I don't think the Op intended it to be a 'who can spunk the most on a Michelin star menu' contest.

The gf cooks so well these days, I find it such a waste of money to go out.
The Tom Yam at Aeon was doing well for a while, but one day it was just
disgusting. But I like how you can see when they prepare the meal.
Huge fan of that. Danmeat is great for the burger fix, make your own
sauce, bit of onion powder, garlic powder, lime and chili to your taste, will make
even imported mayo taste decent.

With the influx of Chinese any new places for Xiao Long Bao opened?

Walkabout to all!
I don't even know half the ones youz are talking about. Maybe I need to explore something other than the ghetto.
