Mutha fuckas need to learn how eat their food with their mouths closed.
The fish prep. was pretty good. Liked the way she flung the guts into the bushes.. And put cut marks on the fish to absorb the marinade...
Didn't like the way she choped up the unpealed garlic.... very common here.

A real pro.... I prefer the smaller garlic though.... The best I've used (for 20 years) was the garlic from Si Sa Ket Thailand...
super sticky fingers afterpealing it and it wouldn't go bad for 6 months or more...
Many European friends say the best garlic comes from Hungary.....

Garlic in Spain is good , in Morocco it was awful, small, dry, no smell nor taste. I gave up using it and purchased a bag of dried garlic powder.
Never seen anyone peel garlic like that before what is the instrument being used?

A lot of it does, out of the 35 or so strains I've grown over the years I've kept 2 Hungarian and one French strain.patcan wrote: ↑Thu May 07, 2020 7:47 pmA real pro.... I prefer the smaller garlic though.... The best I've used (for 20 years) was the garlic from Si Sa Ket Thailand...

I have taken home some Thai strains over the years but found them preforming poorly compared to European strains. In our mild temperate coastal winters the Hungarian/French shoots stay alive and green while the Thai have a lot more problems with a bit of frost or windchill. Result is not even half the normal harvest.
None but ourselves can free our mind.
