Off Road Driving
I had a SWB J70 with an awful Diesel engine. Great off-road though.
It would smoke like crazy if you didn’t drive it, water ingress I think.
It was more capable than my classic Range Rover V8, apart from some access being SWB.
I’d go “green laning” with a group and it’s amazing the places they would go.

pew, pew, pew, pew!
What’s the rules on rifles now in Oz? I thought they were very strict since that Hobart incident?
Also, what’s with the weird camo. It’s not like they need to be camouflaged so animals can’t see them!
Just a style thing? What’s wrong with black.
pew, pew, pew, pew!
Friend had a 2013 FJ Land Cruiser.
Ugly as sin but capable.

Those late model FJs are great off road and I love the the fact you can actually hose them out. Ultra thirsty though.
The kryptek camo I did myself mostly for fun but black does actually stand out like a sore thumb in the bush. Buffalo are fucking smart animals believe it or not. My .308 was a pretty boring olive drab colour.
The rules in the Northern Territory around guns are very simple. You’re a sissy if you don’t own at least a couple. test is easy 20 multiple choice and you get your boom stick a few weeks later .

Not my dog but I think it’s a pit Bull lab x.
When those dogs smell pigs it’s like watching a pisshead outside a curry house at 3am
Saw a couple of these yesterday. Thought they were emus so was going to blast them and then realised they were brolgas. Stunning and about 6ft tall.

Bought the 105 with the 1hz. $10 grand with 5 new tyres, new alloy radiator, new windscreen and new battery.
Hose out interior, manual lockers all round. Ready for the zombie apocalypse.
Hey RC - when can we go, ‘bird watching’?

What's a 105?
Romantic Cambodia is dead and gone. It's with McKinley in the grave.
And what's the law in the Top End?
Can you just take your bang stick and go pop pop wherever you want, away from built up areas obviously?

RobW reasonably loose as long as you are a member of the Royal Top End Bird Watcher’s Association (RTEBWA) that Ricecakes has established.
