I'm currently running the gauntlet that is apartment hunting. There's way too much of the 'living room' stuff like the pic above, and a real glut of new-build mini apartments where you can simultaneously cook your dinner and sit on the sofa.
If anyone knows any good deals going for around the $450 mark or less, please let me know.

I'm concerned about the balcony and the flowers - they haven't been specified as nice. Probably like the black hole of Calcutta.
