400 bucks in the shit hole known as Boueng Tampon?
Look at the size of one of the rooms - you'd have to walk sideways to pass the bed.
Where's the kitchen or is one of the bedrooms where it should've been? Or are people supposed to cook in one of the two bathrooms?

Still at least it's got parking.

I would hope so. Although when I was looking for a house a few months ago there were some landlords who would not budge on the price as a real estate agent has filled their head full of sweetie mice about what rental price they could get.
